Recipe: Banana Bread

This recipe is one of my favorite things to make when we have bananas about to spoil.

Banana Bread:
1/2 cup (125g) butter
2 eggs
2 cups (250g) flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup (200g) sugar
2 ripe bananas
1/2 tsp salt
 It's easiest if you line your baking form in parchment paper and then grease it.
 First, cream butter and add sugar.
 Add eggs one at a time.
 Then break the bananas in pieces and mix them thoroughly into the batter.
 It should look something like this.
 Finally, add baking soda, salt and flour and mix until combined. Batter will be fairly thick.
 Pour it into your prepared form.
 Bake it at 350°F or 180°C for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few crumbs.
 It tastes amazing. This is a small recipe and only makes one loaf, but it is easy to double or triple and also makes delicious banana muffins.
