Bread Baking: Keto-friendly Bread
If you're not familiar with Keto, it's a high protein, high fat, low carb diet. Ordinary bread made with wheat flour is not compatible with the Keto diet. So, this bread contains no wheat flour. Add melted butter and mix until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. In a large mixing bowl, whip the egg whites to stiff peaks.
