 My recipe for blondies is one of my most popular recipes on my channel. I thought it would be fun to make a peanut butter version. Peanut Butter Blondies: 3/4 cup (170g) butter 2 cups (400g) brown sugar 3/4 cup (190g) peanut butter 3 eggs 1 tbsp vanilla extract or 3 tbsp vanilla sugar 2 cups (250g) flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/4 cup (200g) chocolate chips (optional) In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter.  Cream in brown sugar and peanut butter.  Beat in eggs one at a time.  Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.  Fold in chocolate chips.  Spread into a lined 13x9 inch baking dish.  Bake at 350°F or 180°C for about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.  These are soft and moist. Dense and chewy.  And absolutely delicious. My kids ate them up.  I'm a big fan of recipes that are fast and easy and taste amazing. Added bonus: it tastes like peanut butter. No Bake Peanut Butter Bars: 1/2 cup (125g) melted butter 1 cup (120g) butter cookie crumbs 2 cups (250g) powdered sugar 1 cup + 2 tbsp (280g) peanut butter 1 cup (180g) chocolate chips Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with baking paper. Mix melted butter, cookie crumbs, powdered sugar and 1 cup (250g) peanut butter in a bowl and press into prepared pan.  Melt remaining peanut butter and chocolate chips together and spread on top.  Allow to stand until chocolate is completely set up. Remove from pan by lifting the baking sheet out completely and removing the paper. Cut into pieces.
