Recipe: Chocolate Chip Brownies
These brownies are fudgy and delicious. Chocolate Chip Brownies: 3/4 cup (185g) melted butter 1 1/2 cups (300g) sugar 3 eggs 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 cup (90g) flour 1/2 cup (50g) cocoa powder 1 cup (150g) chocolate chips In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder. Stir in vanilla, eggs, sugar and melted butter. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into a small buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350°F or 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
