Recipe: Cookies and Cream Ganache
This is a simple recipe for an Oreo crumbs-laden white chocolate ganache. Cookies and Cream Ganache: 600g white chocolate 200mL whipping cream 80g Oreo or similar cookies white food coloring (optional) Start off adding cream to the chopped chocolate. Heat in the microwave or in a double boiler until the chocolate is completely melted. Stir to combine. But I personally don't like how yellow white chocolate ganache is naturally, so I like to add some white food coloring to make it look a bit more appetizing. Finely chop or create crumbs using a food processor. Stir into the ganache. Allow the ganache to set up either sitting out for several hours or cool briefly in the fridge until it cools to room temperature. This ganache is quite thick when set up. It works great as a frosting. And it tastes amazing.
