Recipe: M&M's Cookies

 I love chocolate chip cookies. But who doesn't love them more with a bit more color?

M&M's Cookies:
1 cup (250g) butter
1 cup (200g) brown sugar (please note that this should be American soft brown sugar. See my post on how to make American brown sugar if you can't find it.)
3/4 cup (150g) sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract or 3 tbsp vanilla sugar
3 cups (375g) flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2-3 cups (around 400g) M&M's or some other colorful chocolate candies

Cream butter.
Add both sugars and cream them with the butter.
Beat in eggs, vanilla, salt, baking soda and flour.
Fold in M&M's.
Spoon dough onto lined baking sheet by about 2 tsp at a time.
 Bake at 350°F or 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
If you want them just a touch more colorful, add a few fresh M&M's into the cookies while they're still hot.
