Recipe: Peanut Butter filled Chocolates

I love peanut butter cups. While you can find them in Germany, they're a little hard to find. So, I decided to make them myself.

Peanut butter filled chocolates:
400g milk chocolate
1/2 cup (120g) peanut butter
3-4 tbsp powdered sugar

Add powdered sugar to the peanut butter.
The mixture will be rather thick.
Add melted chocolate to a piping bag as well as the peanut butter filling. You don't need tips.
You will also need some sort of chocolate mold. This is the one I'm using. But any kind you have should be fine.
First, add some chocolate to the mold.
Pull it up the sides of the mold with a spoon and clean off the top with a spatula.
Put the mold in the fridge for a few minutes until the chocolate has set up. It won't be quite so shiny when it's solid.
Pipe in some peanut butter filling.
Tap down the filling so it fits better into the molds.
Then pipe some chocolate along the top.
Smooth the top with a spatula again.
Refrigerate again until the last of the chocolate sets up. Once it is firm, take out of the fridge, pull gently at the sides of the chocolate mold and press gently up to release it from the mold.
If the chocolate is properly set up, the chocolates should release easily.
These peanut butter filled chocolates turned out just like I was hoping.
The best part about making your own chocolates is to choose your favorite filling.
