Recipe: Cinnamon American Buttercream

 I've already made a recipe of cinnamon Swiss meringue buttercream. I decided I needed one of American buttercream.

Cinnamon American Buttercream:
1/2 cup (125g) butter
4 cups (500g) powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp milk or milk substitute
2 tbsp cinnamon

Cream butter until light and fluffy. 

Slowly beat in the powdered sugar, adding milk a tablespoon at a time if the buttercream is too thick. 

Add the cinnamon last. 

This cinnamon buttercream is full of cinnamon. It has quite an intense flavor. If you prefer something milder, considering halving the amount of cinnamon. But I loved it. It was just the right amount for me.
