Recipe: White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
These cookies are very popular, but macadamia nuts are hard to find in Europe, so when I saw them in the store, I knew what I had to do. It's time.
White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies:
8 oz (225g) white chocolate
1/2 cup (125g) butter
3/4 cup (150g) sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 1/4 cup (150g) flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Dash of salt
1 cup (130g) chopped macadamia nuts
Beat in flour. Fold in white chocolate and macadamia nuts.Spoon onto a lined baking sheet.Bake at 350°F or 180°C for 8-10 minutes.
These white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are sweet and chewy. They taste amazing.
